BBA/MBA degree from a recognized university in Bangladesh is preferred. However, educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with significant relevant experience.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. (Both written and spoken in Bengali and English)
Excellent computer skills (MS Office-Word Excel Power Point)
Must have the mindset to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
Must have computer knowledge
Must have the mental strength to take on the challenges of responsible work
Must be aware of professionalism and punctuality
Must have tele sales skills
Must be articulate and sociable

Providing after sales service through tele sales.
Taking an effective role in increasing the positive list of investments through team work.
Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports and submitting them regularly to concerned authorities.
Providing sales and technical support to all team members to meet progress towards achieving sales targets.
