The applicants should have minimum 10 years practical work experience in reputed Chinese/Thai/Indian Restaurants/Hotels/Convention Centre in relevant position.
Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.
Ability to prioritize tasks & manage workload using own initiative.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior management, using metrics to guide decisions and optimize HR performance.
Promote continuous learning by conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and organizing relevant training to empower teams.
Leverage data-driven insights to enhance talent acquisition, employee retention, and performance management strategies. Develop and track key HR metrics (e.g., employee turnover, engagement, productivity) to inform leadership decisions.
Implement and optimize the use of HR analytics software to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, employee engagement, and productivity. Ensure data integrity and build predictive models to anticipate workforce needs.
Analyze salary trends and market data to develop competitive compensation packages that reflect the organization’s goals and ensure internal equity.
Oversee the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of HR services without compromising on quality.
Ensure timely and equitable payroll disbursements and manage employee benefits programs to promote workforce well-being.
Oversee the records of benefits plans participation; personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations; and employee statistics for senior management and Government reporting (if any).
Ensure that all individual staff’s HR/personnel files are updated at all times.
Develop, maintain and update a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) that meets senior management information needs.
Maintain a proper grievance management system and ensure all grievance issues are handled fairly.
