We are looking for a Business Development Office to handle all customer Quires and Digital Marketing duties. The ideal candidate has a friendly, crafted demeanor while also being sharp and disciplined. It is important that you can handle complaints and provide reliable information. You will be able to handle company website, Facebook page and other digital platform.Responsibilities:
Identifying new customers & Communicating with the Customers.
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Developing and Managing advertising campaigns.
Work closely with promotional and advertising teams to align business goals with marketing activities.
Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote Clothing products to targeted audiences.
Provide periodic reports to management about business development performance and achievements.
Identify and onboard new buyers, wholesalers, and distributors while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Developing each campaign from start to finish.
Handling social media, public relation efforts and content marketing.
Keeping records of all Customer care & Digital marketing related activities.
Other work assigned by Management.
Ensure after sales service for customer satisfaction
Responsible for managing client relationship. Regular follow to the clients.
