Educational Requirement

Graduation in B.Sc Engineering in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics from any UGC Approved University (preferably BUET) with no third (3) class/division or equivalent in any level of academic career.
Other Requirement

Age at most 45 years
Applicants must have MS Office literacy
Minimum fifteen (15) years' experience in building maintenance or a similar role. Hands-on experience with building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
