These shared values influence: our professional ethics and practices; the way we work and interact with each other; the way we serve our clients; and how we engage our stakeholders.We are looking for a Finance Officer will work collaboratively with the Esri South Asia finance and the local Esri Bangladesh team by performing various activities within procurement, accounts payable and accounts receivable.Your key responsibilities will include:Accounts Receivable
Prepare and process invoices and credit notes to customers.
Process all credit cards transactions and payments received from customers
Resolve all internal and external queries relating to Accounts Receivable.
Undertake collections activities for outstanding debtors.
Generate monthly statements for outstanding debtor accounts
Creation of customer accounts and maintenance of customer master data
Perform credit checks for new customers.
Process weekly bank reconciliation.
Complete the vendors form as per customer request.
Procurement
Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for vendors and employee expenses as required
Other
Manage finance related policies, guidelines, and training materials
Perform any other ad-hoc duties.
About You
Reporting to Accountant, Esri South Asia and Country Manager, Bangladesh, you will offer a minimum five years’ experience with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
To be successful in this role with us, you will bring along:
Relevant Diploma or Certificate 5 years plus relevant experience
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Ability to operate computerised accounting systems
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work as part of a team or individually with minimal supervision
