  • Experienced on any reputed manufacturing/heavy industry (Factory Level).
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management & in-house training.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Ceramics tiles manufacturing industry (Factory Level).
  • He must have thorough knowledge of labor law/ labor rules/ code of conduct.
  • Must have experience dealing with law enforcing agency.
  • Computer conversant & must have sound communication skills.
  • Expected salary to be mentioned in the CV.
  • Experience : At least 15 years
    Responsibilities :
  • Managing shifts with support of Manpower.
  • Utilization of Manpower throughout the plants.
  • Manpower planning, reviewing and accordingly recruit the required manpower as per approval organogram at factory level.
  • Analyze, plan and execute Training & Development for skill development and motivation of the employees.
  • Job analysis and preparation of job description of different employees of different section of factory.
  • Look after of labor disputes and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure legal compliance of policies, procedures, termination, dismissal and compensation etc are done as per labor low.
  • Maintain overall safety and security of manpower & asset of the factory.
  • Look after general administration & Compliance issues.
  • Review the employee performance time to time and take necessary action.
  • Liaison with local & Government legal information.
  • Any other assignment given time to time by the management.
