MBA (HRM)/ Masters in any discipline with PGD in HRM

Must stay in factory premises.
Experienced on any reputed manufacturing/heavy industry (Factory Level).
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management & in-house training.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Ceramics tiles manufacturing industry (Factory Level).
He must have thorough knowledge of labor law/ labor rules/ code of conduct.
Must have experience dealing with law enforcing agency.
Computer conversant & must have sound communication skills.

Responsibilities
:
Managing shifts with support of Manpower.
Utilization of Manpower throughout the plants.
Manpower planning, reviewing and accordingly recruit the required manpower as per approval organogram at factory level.
Analyze, plan and execute Training & Development for skill development and motivation of the employees.
Job analysis and preparation of job description of different employees of different section of factory.
Look after of labor disputes and disciplinary matters.
Ensure legal compliance of policies, procedures, termination, dismissal and compensation etc are done as per labor low.
Maintain overall safety and security of manpower & asset of the factory.
Look after general administration & Compliance issues.
Review the employee performance time to time and take necessary action.
Liaison with local & Government legal information.
Any other assignment given time to time by the management.
