This role involves planning and executing engaging social media content across multiple platforms while ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams for efficient e-commerce operations.The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of social media marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive social media post calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content delivery.
Execute engaging social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Google My Business (GMB), YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Monitor and analyze engagement and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future social media strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Communications, Graphics, and E-commerce Development, to streamline the execution of e-commerce tasks.
Assist in updating and maintaining accurate and consistent product information, pricing, and descriptions on the website.
Ensure content accuracy and platform consistency across all digital channels.
Provide support in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns, including boosting posts or ads as required.
Troubleshoot basic website and e-commerce-related issues, escalating technical challenges when necessary.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and social media best practices to propose innovative ideas for improvement.
Work from home or on-site as required, maintaining productivity and clear communication during remote work.
