Other Requirement

Proven experience in research, data collection, and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in advanced Excel; experience with other data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R, Python, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
Five plus years of experience working in research, monitoring, and evaluation projects in the development sector.
Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including impact evaluation.
Knowledge of migration and labor rights and entitlements is a plus.
Experience in designing and managing beneficiary monitoring and database systems.
Good understanding of social science research, large-scale surveys, data analysis, and report writing.
Capacity to produce reports and prepare graphic presentations.
Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and initiative in a growing organization.
Good interpersonal and articulation skills.
Openness to listen, learn, and contribute beyond the confines of this role.

MRC operates in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and the Philippines, collaborating with local organizations and government bodies to implement sustainable and impactful programs.To know more, please visit – https://www.migrantresilience.org/About the roleThe Lead - Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) will play a crucial role in driving the MEL agenda for MRC's Bangladesh and regional operations. The position will involve developing and implementing robust evaluation frameworks to measure program impact, facilitate continuous learning, and ensure evidence-based decision-making.Responsibilities:Preparation:
Develop overall monitoring and evaluation plans at the program level.
Propose appropriate designs suited for the nature of the monitoring and evaluations in close consultation with the Program and MEL teams.
Develop and finalize indicators to be tracked, specifying the sources and the frequency of tracking them.
Execution:
Lead the conceptualization and finalization of the Monitoring and Evaluation systems (including finalizing SOPs, MEL plans, and assessment tools).
Provide technical support and guidance to the MEL team in executing various monitoring and evaluation assignments, including design, tools, fieldwork monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
Generate insights based on the analysis shared by the MEL team and present insights periodically at the program level.
Ensure the timely submission of reports to program and partnerships teams; ensure the quality of all MEL outputs.
Participate in program strategy meetings and provide input into the design and evaluation of program strategies through small pilots.
Provide support to Country Coordinators and partners to analyse data for taking informed programme decisions.
Data Management and Analysis:
Improve the Dashboard to make it easier for teams to access necessary data.
Handle data requests from internal and external teams, fetch data from Power BI, and work with the external data team to fetch information from the database.
Analyze data and propose strategies for program improvement.
