Oversee Company's Automotive and Industrial sales activities to achieve corporate revenue goals. Identify and establish selling strategies and opportunities to achieve the sales target. Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction to build business. Plan and assign daily workload to sales team. Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback. |
