| Responsibilities |

Understand internal manufacturing processes to produce quality product Execute various project activities to achieve development objectives in the framework of the organization product development process Maintain proper documentation of technical and experimental activities in laboratory and machine trials Conceptualize formulations to meet customer needs, test and evaluate chemistry against specifications. Troubleshoot development as necessary Write and perform test protocols based on customer end usage Visit customer sites to understand customer's end-product usage to achieve the best quality |
