Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arts, Sports, or a related field.
Other Requirement
:
Prior experience in teaching or leading extra-curricular activities, ideally within a English Medium school environment.
Strong passion for working with young people and supporting their growth outside the classroom.
Additional qualifications in music, arts, drama, sports, or other relevant fields are highly desirable

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) Teacher to join our vibrant school community. The ECA Teacher will be responsible for organizing, leading, and supervising a variety of extra-curricular activities aimed at fostering students' social, emotional, creative, and physical development. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a strong commitment to student engagement outside the traditional academic curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a diverse range of extra-curricular programs for students across various age groups (Junior, Medium & Senior Section).
Plan activities in line with students’ interests, needs, and the school’s goals for holistic development, including arts, music, drama, sports, debate, clubs, leadership activities, etc.
Ensure that the programs are inclusive and promote student well-being, teamwork, creativity, and critical thinking.
Lead and facilitate extra-curricular activities, ensuring they are engaging, well- organized, and enjoyable for students.
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship during activities, helping students develop new skills, discover their passions, and build confidence.
Encourage active participation, teamwork, and leadership skills among students.
Supervise students during all extra-curricular activities to ensure safety and well-being.
Address any behavioral issues promptly and appropriately while maintaining a positive and respectful environment.
Foster collaboration with external organizations or community groups to bring new and exciting opportunities to students.
Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress in extra-curricular activities, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
Plan and organize school events such as talent shows, sports days, art exhibitions, debates, and cultural activities.
Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback on their participation and development.
Keep records of students' involvement in extra-curricular activities and contribute to school reports where applicable.
Actively contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture by promoting teamwork, respect, and collaboration through activities.
Foster a sense of school pride, belonging, and community spirit in students.
