Experience in conducting training needs assessments and designing customized training programs.
Proficient in MS Office package.

Job Purpose: The Trainer - Soft Skills will play a vital role in the implementation of the USAID-funded USAID Bijoyee Project at UCEP Bangladesh. The trainer will be responsible for helping individuals develop non-technical, interpersonal, and behavioral skills required to succeed in the workplace and in life.Job Responsibilities: Training Needs Assessment:
Conduct assessments to identify the soft skills training needs of youth beneficiaries.
Gather information through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to determine specific skill gaps and areas for improvement.
Analyze assessment results and provide recommendations for designing and customizing training programs.
Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive soft skills training programs aligned with the project's objectives and target audience.
Develop training materials, resources, and interactive activities to facilitate skill development.
Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on various soft skills topics, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and time management.
Utilize effective instructional techniques, including presentations, group discussions, role-plays, case studies, and experiential learning exercises.
Maintain necessary documentation for trainees records.
Feedback and Coaching:
Provide constructive feedback to participants on their soft skills performance, behavior, and communication styles.
Maintain close communication with Project Officer.
Training Effectiveness Evaluation:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through various assessment methods, including participant feedback, pre and post-training evaluations, and skill demonstrations.
Professional Development:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and research in soft skills development.
Share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of the training program and curriculum.
Support the UCEP program to carry out the project output with collaboration with other components.
To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when necessary.
