At least 2 years of clinical practice .
Minimum 3 years' experience as an educator in nursing college.
Total 05 years of working experience in education and more.
Excellent English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing.
Good interpersonal, leadership, and administrative skills. Ambitious, Dedicated, Hard Working.
Willing to take challenges of work pressure & deadline.
To perform additional duties to meet with the Company's needs as required and assigned by management.

Responsibilities
:
Participate in curriculum development evaluation and curriculum revision.
Identifies the needs of the learners in terms of the program by utilizing the records of previous experience, personal interviews, tests and observation.
Participates in formulation, implementation of Philosophies and objectives of College of Nursing.
Collaborate with other faculty in course development.
Participates in development activities, professional and community service activities
