Responsibilities
:
Find traders with good reputations and appoint them as dealers or channel partner for gap/ priority markets
Establish sales target with dealers and ensure achievement
Recommend market development action plans for designated area/ territory
Ensure proper visibility of the company's POSM and outdoor advertisements including signboard, shop branding, billboard, building painting, wall painting, etc.
Continuously monitor competitor activities and report to senior management
Ensure optimum customer service through professional handling of complaints as and when required
Maintain regular communication with trade channels and influencers, build cordial professional relationships and promote GPH Ispat
Prepare necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports and submit them to senior management.
Any other tasks as and when required by the management
Assess existing dealers, maintain and develop relationships, and motivate them to enhance sales and collection
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and collection plans for a designated area and achieve Sales & Collection targets.
