  • Specially Expert in 3ds Max & Strong command of SketchUp, V-Ray and Lumion for high-quality rendering.
  • Solid understanding of architectural concepts, materials, textures and lighting to create realistic visualizations.
  • Ability to produce visually striking design while ensuring accuracy in modeling and rendering.
  • Ability to work closely with architects, designers and clients, understanding their vision and providing feedback.
  • Efficient in handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
  • Open to learning new tools, software and techniques as the industry evolves.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of 3D visualizations, showcasing technical and artistic skills.

  • Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings of buildings exterior.
  • Apply accurate materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping to create realistic visuals.
  • Collaborate with architect and designer to ensure design align with project requirements.
  • Simulate natural and artificial lighting for realistic effects.
  • Prepare visuals for client presentation and make revision based on feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest rendering software, tools and technique for improved result.
