Using 3M (i.e. the resources) bddl Properties Limited built multi storied building and sold them at minimum profit to the people who did not have adequate place to live. It means BDDL provide apartments to those people who can easily afford the place where they want to live. About 10.23 million of people are living in Dhaka city. Of which 45% of people are living in rented house. But this people have the ability to purchase a simple and decent space to live. Considering this sequence BDDL planned to build multi storied building and distribute among those social group.

On the basis of this the company has provided apartments more than 3000 families.

7–10 years of relevant experience in real estate, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
Comprehensive knowledge of real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools), basic digital marketing knowledge is an advantage.

Lead, manage, and oversee the sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet organizational goals.
Develop and implement strategic plans for property sales and marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.

Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor and ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and company policies.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market insights.
