Bachelor/Honors Minimum Graduate in the relevant field.

Candidates must have experience working with INDITEX brands, particularly Zara Woman and Zara Kids (Girls & Baby Girls).

Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and consumer preferences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Must be well-groomed and presentable.
The ideal candidate must have solid experience in Buying, Trading, and Sourcing within the apparel/textile industry. Priority will be given to candidates with this background.
Minimum 8-10 years work experience in Denim.
Communication skill especially in English both speaking and writing.
Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation.

Design and develop fashion collections that align with the brand’s aesthetic and target audience.
Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas.
Create detailed sketches, technical drawings & tech-pack using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Develop patterns and prototypes for sampling.
Conduct thorough research on fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques.
Work closely with head of design to ensure designs are executed accurately.
Participate in fittings and provide feedback on garment construction and fit.
Stay updated on fashion trends and innovations.
Travel for market research, Shopping & buyer meetings.
