Strong sense of color, fabric, and silhouette.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bangla.
Strong creative and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Conduct research on global fashion trends, colors, trims, and materials to develop seasonal design directions.
Create concept sketches, CADs, colorways, and detailed tech packs according to buyer requirements.
Work closely with the Merchandising, Sampling, and Product Development teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in design execution.
Prepare mood boards, collection stories, and presentation layouts for buyer meetings.
Develop and maintain an organized design archive and digital artwork library.
Assist in sample evaluation, suggesting design or material adjustments as needed.
Ensure all designs align with production capabilities and maintain brand design standards.
Explore sustainable materials and eco-friendly design practices aligned with MBM’s sustainability goals.
