Responsibilities

Confirm customer orders through phone calls and messages.
Follow up on pending and dispatched orders to ensure timely delivery.
Handle and respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social media.
Manage inbox and comment queries on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications and resolutions.
Coordinate with the logistics and e-commerce teams for order status updates.
Ensure a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions.
