Educational Requirement : Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc) Masters of Science (MSc)/ Bachelor of Science (BSc) from any reputed University. Public Engineering University / AIUB / AUST / BRAC UNITERSITY / IUB / NSU / DEFFODIL UNIVERSITY / DU / JU is preferable.

  • Responsibilities : Property Care Services (PCS) is Bangladesh’s leading integrated property support Services Company. The Company has developed systems that are at the leading edge in Bangladesh. PCS is also present in Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, India and expanding throughout the Asia Pacific Region.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIESFurther scope of Service includes:
  • Develop and maintain software applications according to project requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of applications through testing and optimization.
  • Provides escalations Level 1/2 Technical support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Expertise in multiple programming languages (e.g., ASP.NET, Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
  • Extensive experience with software development frameworks and tools (e.g., .NET, Angular)
  • Extensive experience with Windows-based development environments and tools (e.g., Visual Studio, Windows Forms, WPF).
  • Advanced experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React).
  • In-depth knowledge of Restful APls and web services.
  • Expertise in automated testing frameworks
  • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with micro services architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Advanced knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Strong understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APls and web services.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Provide business continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery support.
  • Researches new technologies to address operations reliability and compliance.
  • Regular system maintenance, performance monitoring, implementing security measures.
  • Accurate documentation of support activities Collaboration with Company IT team and other Contractor team members and vendors. Ensure compliance with company policies and stay updated with IT trends and best practices.
  • IT helpdesk Service, Desk side Support, Break Fix & Asset Management, VIP Dedicated Support, Maintain inventory of the IT Assets End User Computing
  • Office 365 Applications (MS Office suite, One drive, SharePoint ..etc) support and Delivery, Enterprise and local application support (L1), Standard GIL / Modem desktop, Virtual Desktop (Citrix & AVD), Mobile Device Management, End Point Protection (MD End point)
  • AV system, Video Conferencing, IP Telephony, Instant Messaging & Presence, Notebook & Desktop, Non-Standard Devices,
  • Mobile Devices (smartphone, Tablet), Printer, Scanner, Enterprise Patching, Enterprise Search, Records Management, Online Document Services, Provide Smart Hands support for Network Site Services (Business Network circuits and 3rd party internet), Provide hands and feet support for traditional network infrastructure — switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers & access points, fiber and cable, Radio, sat phone, IT Server/Network/Communication Room maintain
  • Windows 10/11 Operating System advanced troubleshooting, Proficient using Windows registry, Hardware troubleshooting with the ability to pinpoint hardware vs. software issue, Printers, Office 365, Desktop imaging
  • Desktop and notebook hardware, operating systems and desktop software basic troubleshooting and testing of network equipment and components (i.e. Patching cable installation and recovery,
  • installing power leads, Installing/removing/swapping equipment, Locating/identifying network circuits and tagging the demark location) writing business requirements, process flows, functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and end user documentation
  • Provide smart hands support for other telecommunications infrastructure
  • Strong data analysis

  • Ability to prioritize several concurrent issues; and
  • Ability to track, maintain, and organize electronic equipment inventory

  • Troubleshooting/supporting Windows platform 10/11 (32bit and 64bit), Office365, OneDrive, Outlook, and SharePoint Online
  • Troubleshooting/supporting mobile devices (IOS and Android), Mobile Device Management (“MDM”) Console, and Intune
  • Experience on IT ticket management
  • Knowledge of the concepts and policy controls of Active Director
  • Knowledge of Service Now and ITIL processes and documentation standards
  • Provide smart hands support for other network & telecommunications infrastructure (i.e. Coordinate with cabling contractor; Wi-Fi systems; Radio systems (VHF, UHF, 2-way, repeater, etc.)
  • Installation / maintenance / troubleshooting; battery power systems installation/maintenance/troubleshooting
  • Communicate technical concepts in layman's terms
  • Communicate with other support groups and third-party vendors to provide seamless support to Company
  • Adhere to Company's Change Management Process, BCP and DR Plans
  • Identify the root cause of reported incidents and perform work around as appropriate
