Job Description: BDS is seeking a dynamic and proactive Deputy Visa Processing Officer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for service improvement and innovation. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, office management skills, and a deep understanding of the visa processing and international e-service industry. You will provide specialized support for Resident/Non-Resident Bangladeshi citizens seeking investment citizenship visas. Responsibilities:
Process visa applications for various countries (USA, Canada, Australia, Schengen Countries) efficiently and accurately.
Assess visa eligibility, verify documents, and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Ensure application forms are complete and fees are paid.
Schedule and conduct visa interviews if you need to.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of applicant information.
Provide excellent customer service to visa applicants.
Please respond to questions via phone, email, or in-person appointments.
Stay updated on visa policies, immigration laws, and regulations for the specified countries.
Generate reports on visa application trends, approval rates, and potential issues.
Implement quality control measures to minimize errors in visa processing.
