Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, MIS, or related field from a reputed university.Professional certifications in Banking Operations, IT Systems, or Project Management will be an added advantage.

A Leading Private Commercial Bank is looking for skilled professionals to join as CBS Business Team (GB/FT/Credit) Employment Status: Permanent (EO to FAVP)Responsibilities:
Manage and support Core Banking System (CBS) modules related to General Banking (GB), Foreign Trade (FT), and Credit operations.
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into CBS solutions in coordination with IT teams.
Ensure smooth operation of CBS functionalities, resolving day-to-day issues, and providing timely user support.
Conduct system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and documentation for CBS-related changes or upgrades.
Collaborate with vendors and IT developers for CBS customization, enhancements, and integration with other systems.
Ensure CBS compliance with regulatory requirements, audit standards, and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
