Master of Arts (MA) in Social Science Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies or any other relevant field from any recognized university (both public & private university) along with a minimum of 03 to 05 years of experience in relevant field in the rural context. However, for extra-ordinary qualified having proven experience and track record, the educational qualification can be flexible.

Excellent communications skills and skilled on conducting training on relevant subject.
Experience in working in the field Girls Led Climate Resilience Program/Project will be preferred.
Strong and proven experience in working with adolescent girls and boys on SRHR, including girls/women empowerment on their health rights, rights to education and establish girls leadership in the community as well as represent the community at district and national level.
Proven experience of working with educational institutions, especially with the girls’ schools to ensure adolescent girls' friendly environment (specially facilitating to create access to menstrual health and hygiene facilities at school level) for retention of girls’ attendance at schools.
Experience in establishing excellent collaboration with government health facilities/authorities at Union/Upazila and District level.
Proven experience in establishing linkages with other stakeholders for effective implementation and its sustainability.
Proven experience on developing and implement sustainable SRHR training modules for capacity building of the target community people, especially the youths and women in rural context.
Skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to SRHR for monitoring progress and making informed decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff·
Experience on report writing both in English and Bengali.
Experience on establishing cooperation and coordination with other colleagues on relevant/joint/linked activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools.
Driving motor bike with valid driving license will be an asset.
