Working experience in Child Sponsorship Program will be preferred as the selected candidate will have closely work with organization’s Sponsored Children and their families.
Experience identifying needs for skills training on income generating activities, create access to marketable employment/income generating skills and/or developing youth entrepreneurs.
Excellent skills on conducting training on relevant subject.
Experience in Supporting and Monitoring the appropriate Economic Empowerment Schemes.
Assist the supervisor with quality data, documentation and reporting.
Keep track records of all activities performed on daily basis.

Objective of this program is “All sponsored children especially girls & young women will be heard, live without fear of violence and will achieve their rights”.
