    Responsibilities :
  • Develop and execute online sales strategies across multiple digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce channels, social media sales, and marketplace listings.
  • Analyze data and sales metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead digital campaigns in collaboration with the sales & marketing team.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through CRM tools.
  • Manage and guide a team of digital sales executives.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to stay ahead in digital sales innovation and place orders with Chinese Teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers to understand their needs and provide effective product solutions.
  • Lead and manage daily operations of the Bangladesh office, including team supervision, workflow coordination, and administration.
  • Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure a productive and positive work environment for employees.
  • Prepare recruitment, training, and professional development of staff.
  • Implement company policies, ensure compliance.
  • Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and agreements to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and introduce operational best practices.
