Educational Requirement : PhD The candidate must have a Ph.D. degree with minimum CGPA 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 in both LLB or equivalent degree and LLM or equivalent degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university or institution and 11 years of teaching or 14 years of service experience of which, in both cases, at least 8 years of active teaching in the post of Assistant Professor and above (of which at least 3 years must be in the post of Associate Professor and above).The candidate must have at least 11 publications, including 5 publications in Scopus/Web of Science/ISI indexed journal/book/book chapter as Associate Professor, of which 3 must be as first author.
