Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Create monthly content calendar for all MaxTech BD services.
Run high-converting lead generation campaigns for software, ERP & automation systems.
Manage SEO, Email Marketing, and website analytics.
Generate B2B leads from international markets (USA, UK, UAE).
Prepare detailed marketing reports with ROI and performance data.
Work closely with management & design teams to align marketing goals.
Monthly KPI Targets:
Lead Generation 30, Qualified Leads / Month
Conversion At least 4 New Clients / Month
ROI Minimum 3x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Social Growth ,1000 Followers / Month
