  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management, preferably in a zipper factory.
    • Additional Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working knowledge and efficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in Bengali and English languages.

    Experience : Minimum 10 year s experience at the related field.
    Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities:Production Planning and Scheduling:
  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
  • Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
    • Process Optimization:
  • Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
  • Implement best practices for lean manufacturing and process optimization.
    • Quality Control:
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure that products meet the highest quality specifications.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures and conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues.
    • Team Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of production staff, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure that team members perform their duties effectively.
    • Health and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure that all production activities are conducted in a safe manner.
    • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of inventory as needed.
