• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in industrial welfare or compliance.• Social audit facing capacity is mandatory (BSCI, SEDEX, CTPAT, etc.).• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law & Labour Rules.• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills.

Responsibilities
:
1. Ensure proper welfare facilities such as medical, canteen, pure drinking water, sanitation, restrooms, and childcare facilities.2. Provide personal counseling and guidance to workers in case of grievances, disputes, or personaldifficulties.3. Maintain regular communication with workers to build trust and resolve issues proactively.Compliance & Legal4. Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 (Amended) and Labour Rules 2015.5. Maintain liaison with labor inspectors, government officials, NGOs, and other welfare-related bodies.6. Prepare and maintain all statutory welfare registers, reports, and documentation.Social Audit & Buyer Engagement7. Act as focal person during local and international social compliance audits.8. Ensure factory practices, records, and welfare facilities are audit-ready at all times.9. Coordinate with HR & Compliance teams to prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and ensure properimplementation.Worker–Management Communication10. Organize and facilitate Worker Participation Committee (WPC) meetings and prepare minutes.11. Act as a communication bridge between workers and management, ensuring transparency.12. Promote awareness among workers about their legal rights, company policies, and welfare schemes.Training & Awareness13. Conduct awareness programs on workplace safety, grievance mechanisms, and company rules.14. Arrange training sessions on compliance, rights & responsibilities, and health & hygiene.15. Guide new workers during orientation programs regarding welfare facilities and policies.Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)16. Monitor occupational health, safety, and workplace hygiene.17. Actively support fire drills, first aid training, and emergency evacuation programs.18. Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and follow up until corrective action is taken.Documentation & Reporting19. Maintain accurate records of grievances, resolutions, welfare services, and worker benefits.20. Submit monthly welfare activity reports to HR & Compliance Department.21. Prepare welfare-related reports for audits, inspections, and management reviews.Other Duties22. Assist management in CSR initiatives, cultural programs, and worker engagement activities.23. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in welfare and compliance standards.24. Perform any other welfare-related tasks assigned by management.
