Khaas Food is looking for enthusiastic and strategic individuals to join our Retail Sales Operations team as an Area Sales Manager (ASM).We are hiring for 20 vacancies across multiple key locations.Workstation:We are looking to fill positions in the following cities/ areas: Dhaka, Savar, Keraniganj, Faridpur, Cumilla, Feni, Noakhali, Chandpur, Laxmipur, Cox’s Bazar, B. Baria, Kishorganj, Narshingdi, Tangail, Manikganj, Khulna, Jessor, Chuadanga, Jhinaidaha, Kushtia.Department: Retail Sales OperationsEmployment Modality: Onsite.Working Days: Saturday - ThursdayResponsibilities:
  • As an Area Sales Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our sales growth and distribution network in your assigned territory. Your core duties will include:
  • Being able to set up distributors and sales officers in the assigned areas.
  • Monitor sales representatives' daily activities, guide them in improving sales strategies, and
  • provide necessary training.
  • Accompany sales representatives in the field periodically to build relationships with retailers and enhance market penetration.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors in the assigned territory to expand product reach.
  • Collect orders from distributors based on market demand and ensure timely supply.
  • Collect and manage distributor & retailers’ payments.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth product distribution.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to senior management.
