Bachelor/Honors, Masters Bachelor’s degree earned from an American University (required); Master’s degree in Education, Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Proven administrative, organizational, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and commitment to servant leadership.

GEG Bangladesh Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Administrative Director to lead a respected English-medium American Curriculum Christian School in Chattogram.GEG Bangladesh Limited is committed to academic excellence in American traditional education, moral development, and leadership. Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of school administration, including human resources, finance, compliance, and logistics.
Ensure effective coordination between the academic and operational functions of the school.
Interview, select, hire, and orient quality faculty and staff members.
Lead and supervise administrative departments and support staff to maintain efficiency and accountability.
Work with Bangladesh government bodies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with GEG’s mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives.
Oversee risk management in building maintenance, financial integrity, and campus safety.
Conduct professional development for teachers that will strengthen their ability to use the American curriculum and teaching techniques, as well as promote Christian morality and values.
Develop and maintain an international culture that prepares students for higher education abroad, and cultivates a love for Bangladesh that encourages students to study abroad and return to Bangladesh to further develop their motherland.
