Educational Requirement	:	Bachelor of Science (BSc) Bachelor’s in CSE/AI/Data Science (Master’s preferred)
Other Requirement	:	বয়স ২২ থেকে ৩২ বছর 1–3 years’ backend experience (strong projects acceptable) Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs Database skills (MongoDB/PostgreSQL/MySQL) Git/GitHub; basic CI/CD & Docker familiarity Problem-solving & clear communication Cloud knowledge (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus Night-shift availability (6 PM – 3 AM)

Responsibilities	:	Care Guide BD is looking for a Backend Engineer (Node.js) to build scalable APIs, optimize databases, and support high-performance products. Freshers with strong projects are encouraged to apply!Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM (Mon–Fri)Key Responsibilities: Design, develop & deploy Node.js backends Build RESTful APIs with Express.js Model & manage DB schemas (MongoDB/PostgreSQL/MySQL) Optimize performance, reliability & security Collaborate with product/engineering teams Maintain documentation & best practices20 Manage and optimize VPS server environments
