Bachelor/Honors, HSC Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or minimum HSC/A-level qualification.

Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and client-oriented personality.

Responsibilities
:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Answer phone calls, transfer to relevant persons, and take accurate messages.
Schedule and manage appointments, maintain meeting calendars, and handle client inquiries.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence (letters, couriers, emails).
Assist with basic administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
Liaise with lawyers and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the chamber.
