  • Responsibilities : Must live in or near Banani, DhakaJob Context:IECC Ltd. is looking for experienced Customer Service/Front Desk Officers who will act as a liaison between current and potential students. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring that student satisfaction remains at the core of every interaction.Job Responsibilities:
  • Understand the products and services provided by the company.
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls promptly with excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Follow up communications regarding university events and activities.
  • Identify opportunities to promote/upsell university programs.
  • Respond to Facebook Messenger queries with accurate, complete, and valid information.
  • Conduct follow-ups with students for further information.
  • Build sustainable relationships by engaging students and going the extra mile.
  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations in the company database.
  • Enter new client data, update existing client information, and manage records in the CRM system.
