The ideal candidate will handle inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring that student satisfaction remains at the core of every interaction.Job Responsibilities:
Understand the products and services provided by the company.
Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls promptly with excellent telephone etiquette.
Follow up communications regarding university events and activities.
Identify opportunities to promote/upsell university programs.
Respond to Facebook Messenger queries with accurate, complete, and valid information.
Conduct follow-ups with students for further information.
Build sustainable relationships by engaging students and going the extra mile.
Maintain accurate records of all conversations in the company database.
Enter new client data, update existing client information, and manage records in the CRM system.
