Educational Requirement : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Relevant Certifications in payroll, accounting, or HR are advantageous.
Other Requirement :
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in payroll management and payments processing.
  • Experience with ERP or Payroll Software or HRMS such as SAP, Oracle or similar platforms.
  • Proven Track Record of handling complex payroll systems and financial transactions.

  • Responsibilities : As a Sr. Executive of the Payroll and Payments Department, you will manage our payroll and payments function to ensure the seamless processing of employee compensation while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with an eye for detail, capable of managing payment systems and implementing best practices for payments.   • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, increments, wages, and benefits, including calculating taxes, deductions, and other withholdings.
  • Verify that all payments made by the organization are accurate and reconciled with vendor invoices.
  • Assist in preparing payroll and payment budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Communicate with employees, management, and vendors regarding payroll and payment-related issues.
  • Ensure that payroll and payment systems are properly maintained, updated, and configured to meet organizational needs.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with payroll and payment processing, such as errors, fraud, or non-compliance.
  • Assist in special projects related to payroll and payments, such as implementing new systems or processes.
  • Manage payroll cycles, including paychecks, direct deposits, and customer payments (credit cards, EFTs, and checks).
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies for payroll procedures and benefits.
  • Generate and maintain payroll reports for management, finance, HR, and payment activity reports.
  • Monitor and track employee time offs, absences, and manage advance payments for operations.
  • Manage cash flow, including reserves, daily expense disbursement, and cash vouchers.
  • Collaborating with banks and financial institutions and resolving financial issues.
  • Maintain and update internal controls, cash reports, and establish detailed records for all cash and payroll transactions.
