Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue objectives.
Market Intelligence: Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
Target-Based Incentives: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives.
