Educational Requirement	:	Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing B.Sc. in Nursing (from a recognized institution). Diploma with extensive experience may consider.Valid registration with Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC).
Other Requirement	:	Male candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Military Hospitals or Government Institutes. Good command of English and computer literacy will be an advantage. Experience Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience. At least 2 years of experience in OT / Postoperative care. Previous supervisory or in-charge role will be given preference.

Responsibilities	:	Supervise and manage all nursing activities in OT and Postoperative Ward. Ensure safe and efficient pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care. Coordinate nursing schedules, duty rosters, and staff allocation. Monitor infection prevention and control (IPC) protocols. Train, mentor, and evaluate junior nurses. Prepare OT bill, coordinate with bill section for payment of surgeon and others. Ensure proper logistic management of OT and Postoperative Ward. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication with management. Handle emergencies and critical situations promptly.
