Educational Requirement

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) BBA/MBA/Master’s degree in any discipline
Other Requirement

Minimum 1 year of work experience at hospital/ healthcare organization.
Experience in any of the following sectors will be an advantage:
Hospital Administration.
Healthcare/Lifestyle products.
Diagnostic Centers.
Clinics.
Marketing &Sales.
Strong knowledge of hospital administration, sales & marketing.
Experience in healthcare administration will be an added advantage.

This role requires a motivated professional who can support healthcare operations, ensure service quality, and assist in organizational growth.Job Responsibilities
Contribute to achieving KAMPS’ mission, vision, goals, and financial objectives.
Plan, develop, and implement brand and growth strategies to enhance the organization’s reputation.
Support top management in project implementation and other assignments as required.
Coordinate with doctors, medical staff, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in recruiting doctors and staff; evaluate employee performance as directed.
Supervise and monitor patient service quality.
Provide patient counseling (in person/over phone) on health-related issues. Attend and participate in KAMPS seminars, workshops, and other healthcare-related programs.
Manage health-related communication, including incoming/outgoing e-mails.
Perform basic administrative and computer tasks (MS Office, Excel, web browsing, apps).
