A bachelor’s degree or BBA from a reputed university.
A minimum CGPA of 3.00 or first-class at the bachelor’s level, and a GPA of 4.00 or first division in HSC and SSC examinations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence in English.
Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Ability of drafting letters/correspondence in English.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to work well under strict deadlines.
Age maximum 27 years.
Responsibilities
:
· Prepare background documents for course offerings in each semester.· Maintain liaison with various university administrative units to facilitate different issues.· Prepare inter office memorandum as required to address various issues.· Provide support to the faculty members as required.· Provide support to the students.Carry any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Dean from time to time.
