Bachelor/Honors, Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA in Marketing or Business is preferred).
Other Requirement

Supervise and support Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and field sales teams.
Achieve regional sales targets and ensure market share growth.
Manage distributor and retailer networks, ensuring smooth product flow.
Monitor competitors’ activities and respond proactively to market trends.
Conduct market visits, provide on-ground support, and gather feedback.
Organize and lead promotional events, retail activations, and dealer meetings.
Prepare regular sales reports and communicate performance updates to senior management.
