  • Achieve monthly sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Visit pharmacies and retail shops regularly to take orders and ensure product visibility/availability.
  • Open new accounts and develop sustainable relationships with existing customers.
  • Execute trade and consumer promotions as per company plan; ensure POSM placement and merchandising standards.
  • Collect market intelligence (pricing, competitor activities, and stock status) and report to line manager.
  • Maintain accurate daily call reports, route plans, and collection follow-ups as required.
