Educational Requirement : Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ICT, or a related field (BBA/MBA).
Other Requirement :
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate sales; prior experience working with NGOs, UN agencies, and multinational corporations is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of ISP/Telecom, ICT solutions and enterprise-level sales.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and highly competitive environment.
  • Professional demeanour with excellent client engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in English both spoken and written is essential.

The Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing will play a key role in:Driving business growth and revenue generation.Building and strengthening client relationships.Supporting and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets.Enhancing IPTEC’s market presence and competitive edge.Responsibilities:
  • Building, developing, and managing a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generating leads, conducting outreach, and engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions.
  • Presenting our products or services to clients and clearly articulating their value to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
  • Plan, organise, and execute sales initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Support and guide the sales team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Collaborating with internal departments, including Marketing, Billing and Technical to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback.
  • Keeping accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.
  • Prepare, analyse, and present sales reports and performance updates to manager.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively in the market and maintain a competitive edge.
