Job Responsibilities of an Executive Officer, Admission and Visa Processing (Australia and New Zealand).1. Student Counseling & Admission Support
Provide guidance to students regarding admission requirements, available programs, and career pathways.
Assist students in choosing suitable courses and institutions based on their academic background, interests, and financial capacity.
Review, assess, and process admission applications to ensure compliance with institutional and government requirements.
Maintain updated knowledge of admission policies, application deadlines, and entry requirements for universities in Australia and New Zealand.
2. Application & Documentation Handling
Collect, verify, and evaluate academic transcripts, certificates, and other required documents.
Ensure completeness, accuracy, and authenticity of student applications before submission.
Coordinate with universities/colleges for offer letters, conditional/unconditional acceptances, and enrollment confirmations.
Maintain accurate student records in CRM or student management systems.
3. Visa Application Processing
Provide step-by-step guidance to students on student visa requirements, procedures, and documentation.
Prepare, review, and submit visa applications to relevant embassies/consulates or online portals.
Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and visa policies of Australia and New Zealand
Track visa application status and update students accordingly.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration offices when necessary.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all applications meet institutional and immigration compliance standards.
Monitor updates to visa and immigration policies, advising students and management on changes.
Maintain confidentiality and data protection of student records and personal information.
5. Student Support Services
Advise students on financial documentation, scholarship opportunities, and health insurance requirements.
Guide students in arranging accommodation, travel, and pre-departure preparations.
Conduct pre-departure briefings on visa conditions, student responsibilities, and cultural orientation.
6. Relationship & Communication
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partner universities, immigration offices, and education agents.
Respond promptly to student and parent inquiries via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
Represent the institution in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
7. Reporting & Administrative Duties
Maintain and update visa success rate reports and admission statistics.
Provide regular updates to management on admissions, visa applications, and student progress.
Assist in developing standard operating procedures for admissions and visa processing.

Apart from the fixed salary, performance-based incentives will be offered, linked to successful admissions and visa approvals. These incentives will range from BDT 2,000 to BDT 8,000 per student, depending on the destination country.
