We provide a critical link to promote people-to-people exchange and facilitate both inbound and outbound tourism.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Manage all administrative tasks related to embassy submissions, including checking and preparing files and documents.
Draft and send professional emails, reports, and official letters to embassies and clients.
Answer calls on behalf of the CEO and manage their daily schedule.
Handle various client inquiries and assist with documentation.
