Job Summary:The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front office operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Able to make and receive minimum 100 phone calls of customer per day.
Handle inquiries in person, by phone, and via email.
Computer application like Photoshop, Illustrator, Good typing speed , Video Editing skill must needed .
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Manage visitor logbooks and enforce security protocols.
Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and conference calls as required.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
Coordinate with internal departments for facility-related requests.
Ability to work under pressure and need good team work sill.
