Educational Requirement

Bachelor/Honors Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

Languages: English, Hindi, Arabic
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Fluency in Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage.
Strong persuasion and closing ability over calls.
Professional phone etiquette; self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven.
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Email).
Willing to undergo a 3–6 month probation period (performance-based).
Prior call center/telemarketing experience preferred but not mandatory.
