Educational Requirement
:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE Bachelor’s degree in EEE (PMP certification preferred).
Other Requirement
:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management, (preferred in solar EPC or renewable energy project implementation)
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale solar projects.
Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, EPC workflows, and construction standards.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
In-depth understanding of HSE standards and local regulatory requirements.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and travel extensively for site supervision.

Project Execution & Oversight
Lead multiple solar EPC projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and timelines.

Oversee procurement schedules and logistics for timely material delivery.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Build and mentor a high-performing implementation team.
Assign responsibilities, set performance targets, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance
Implement quality control processes to minimize defects and rework.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and zero-incident safety culture.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary contact for clients during implementation.
Provide regular progress updates to senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Manage change orders, risk mitigation, and issue resolution effectively.
Project Close-Out & Handover
Lead testing, commissioning, and final inspections of completed projects.
Prepare and deliver all handover documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and O&M manuals.
Conduct post-project evaluations and present lessons-learned reports.
