Educational Requirement : Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE Bachelor’s degree in EEE (PMP certification preferred).
Other Requirement :
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management, (preferred in solar EPC or renewable energy project implementation)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale solar projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, EPC workflows, and construction standards.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of HSE standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and travel extensively for site supervision.

This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. It involves directing project teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and continuously improving processes to optimize operational efficiency and project performance.Roles and Responsibilities:Strategic Project Planning
  • Develop comprehensive project execution strategies, schedules, and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
  • Allocate resources effectively and identify critical milestones for timely project delivery.
  • Evaluate technical feasibility and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety requirements.
  • Project Execution & Oversight
  • Lead multiple solar EPC projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and timelines.
  • Supervise site managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain high standards of execution.
  • Oversee procurement schedules and logistics for timely material delivery.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Build and mentor a high-performing implementation team.
  • Assign responsibilities, set performance targets, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance
  • Implement quality control processes to minimize defects and rework.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and zero-incident safety culture.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients during implementation.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage change orders, risk mitigation, and issue resolution effectively.
  • Project Close-Out & Handover
  • Lead testing, commissioning, and final inspections of completed projects.
  • Prepare and deliver all handover documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, and O&M manuals.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and present lessons-learned reports.

  • Approved project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Timely delivery of projects within scope, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Comprehensive quality assurance, safety, and risk management reports.
  • Final handover documents and client acceptance certificates.

  • Records to Maintain
  • Project schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
  • Daily and weekly progress reports, site logs, and photos.
  • Quality inspection and HSE audit documentation.
  • Risk registers, change orders, and issue logs.
  • Final as-built drawings, test results, and commissioning certificates.
  • Reporting Structure
  • Weekly: Progress updates, issue resolutions, and risk assessments to COO/Managing Director.
  • Monthly: Budget utilization, milestone achievements, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Project Close-Out: Comprehensive close-out report with lessons learned to management and relevant teams.
