Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Define sales territories, quotas, and performance metrics.
Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and skills development sessions.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee major client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.

Proposal Oversight & Contract Negotiation
Review and approve key technical and commercial proposals developed with engineering and finance teams.
