Masters, Bachelor/Honors Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or relevant field.

Preference: Army / Navy P.R or General P.R work experience
Strong communication (Bangla & English) and interpersonal skills.
Relevant Civil Work Experience:
Candidates with prior P.R experience in the Army/Navy (retired or service background in PR/communication roles) will be highly prioritized.
7–10 years of proven experience in public relations, communication, or corporate affairs in the civil sector.
Experience in real estate or land development companies will be an added advantage.
