Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in the real estate industry, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership or executive role in a reputed real estate company in the market.
A proven record of successfully managing large-scale real estate projects or companies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience with real estate financing and investment.
Advanced post graduate degree is highly desirable.
